We may collect personal information that you provide us when you:

We collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our Site and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system and average time spent on our Site. We use this information to monitor and improve our Site.

You do not have to register to browse our Site, though you will need to identify yourself to effect a purchase through our Site. You will also need to register in order to receive our newsletter and special promotions by e-mail. When you call one of our customer service representatives, you may be asked for information that identifies you along with additional personal information we need to help us promptly answer your question, such as your name and address and a telephone number where we might contact you. TRIBAL has created the Customer Connect database to allow consumers to store their shipping and billing information, track the status of their order, list previous orders and retain email preferences. Registration is entirely voluntary and you have the ability to correct or delete the information at any time. This information is accessed through the “My Account” section of the Site.


In order to make every effort to ensure that your experience on TRIBAL’S Customer Connect web site secure, we use encryption technology to protect you against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. When you fill out any contact forms or access your account, a secure server encrypts all of your information through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSLs). SSL technology, an industry standard, is designed to prevent someone other than operators of our Site from capturing and viewing your personal information.


We will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information collected on our Site and will only disclose such information to employees and authorized service providers who require such information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. As a California resident, in addition to your rights under the CCPA, you may also ask us to refrain from sharing your information with certain of our affiliates and other third parties for their marketing purposes. .


We may transfer the personal information we collect about you to recipients in countries other than the country in which you originally provided it. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you provided the information.
